- Parent’s First Name and Last Name
- Parent’s Email Address and Mobile Number
- Date and Studio you would like to attend event
As soon as your Creative Kids Voucher number has been verified, your seat(s) will be confirmed and you will receive your Order Confirmation and Ticket(s) via Email.
